Apple Trifle

Ingredients
400 g cooking apples
50 ml water
½-1 tsp EASIS Perfect Sød

150 g fromage frais
50 ml whipping cream 38%
15 g EASIS Perfect Strø

60 g EASIS Classic Crunch
4 tbsp EASIS Strawberry Jam

Method
Peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces. Cook the apple pieces for 10 minutes in a casserole with a lid. Remove the casserole from the heat and add Perfect Sød according to your taste. Cool down the stewed apples.
Whip the cream, add fromage frais and Perfect Strø. Stir it all for 1-2 minutes.

Serving
Serve the stewed apples in 4 glasses and sprinkle with Classic Crunch. Decorate with whipped cream and jam.
