Perfect Fit

Perfect Fit is a sugar and fat replacement suitable for baking. With EASIS Perfect Fit you can replace all the sugar and 50% of the fat in any recipe.

Method
1. Use a traditional recipe. Replace the sugar and 50% of the fat with Perfect Fit as the dosing instructions suggest.
2. Remember always to mix Perfect Fit with all the other dry ingredients (e.g. flour) before adding the wet ingredients.
3. After doing this just follow the recipe as usual.

Dosage
100 g sugar = 60-75 g Perfect Fit.
1 dl sukker = ¾ dl Perfect Fit
Replaces 50 % of the fat

Ingredients
Bulking agent (polydextrose), anti caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), sweeteners (acesulfame potassium, sucralose).

Storage: Dry and not in direct sunlight. After opening keep tightly sealed.
Shelf life: 24 months.

Net weight: 850 g.
