If you prepare the meat in a grill frying pan or on the barbecue grill you’ll need only a little bit of oil for frying.

Ingredients:
4 lean pork chops
4 large tomatoes
2 tbsp canola oil
Bearnaise Sauce
100 g EASIS Yoghurt 5%
20 g mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard powder
Fresh tarragon
2 tsp bearnaise essence
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp EASIS Perfect Sød
Salad
400g mixed green salad
Instructions:
Cut the tomatoes in halfs. Heat the oil in the grill frying pan. Season the meat and tomatoes with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
Stir the yogurt and mayonnaise with the mustard powder, Béarnaise essence and chopped tarragon. Season with salt, pepper and a little Perfect Sød.
Serve the pork chops with the fried tomatoes, the Béarnaise sauce and a green salad.
Tip: The Béarnaise is suitable for any kind of grilled meat such Sunday roast, meatballs, steak etc.
