EASIS Diet Oat Meal with apple and cinnamon is a powder mixer just needs to have milk added in order for you to have a delicious, smooth oat meal. The porridge has no added sugar and contains all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients, which your body needs in a main meal. Thereby you ensure getting the proper nourishment while still being able to focus on weight control. Easy and simple!

To achieve the desired affect the product should be employed in combination with other foodstuffs and as a part of an energy reduced diet. It is also important to consume plenty of fluids, like water.

Powder mixer for apple and cinnamon oat meal. Meal replacement for weight control. Contains sweeteners. No added sugar, only naturally occurring sugar.

OAT flakes (65%), MILK protein, OAT protein (5%), SOY oil, apple pieces (3%), OAT fibers (1%), spice (cinnamon) (0.9%), dipotassium phosphate, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), thickeners (guar gum, xanthan), sodium chloride, natural flavouring, magnesium carbonate, vitamin C, sweetener (sucralose), iron diphosphate, vitamin E, niacin, zinc oxide, pantothenic acid, manganese sulphate, copper carbonate, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin A, folic acid,  vitamin K1, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, biotin, vitamin B12, vitamin D. May contain traces of eggs and lupine.

Preparing in microwave

1. Mix 50 g powder (4 scoops) with 120 ml semi-skimmed milk.
2. Heat in microwave for about 4 min on 180 watt.
3. Let the porridge rest a few minutes before serving.

Preparing on stove

1. Mix 50 g powder (4 scoops) with 120 ml semi-skimmed milk in a pot.
2. Cook the porridge on medium heat for about 4 min while constantly stirring. Cook on low heat for 1 min subsequently.
3. Let the porridge rest a few minutes before serving

NOTE! The longer you cook the porridge, the firmer it becomes. Therefore, if you wish for a more thin porridge; shorten the cooking time. However, pay attention to if the oat grains get cooked properly

Storage: Dry, no sunlight. In a close-fitting container after being opened.
