Broccoli salad

4 servings

1 large broccoli
1 small red onion
60g pumpkin seeds
100 g Parma ham
200 g EASIS yoghurt
20 g lemon juice
100 g dried cranberries
3-4 drops EASIS Perfect Sød
1 tsp salt

Warm the Parma ham in the oven at 180 degrees until crispy. Chop the broccoli and the red onion.
Toast the pumpkin seeds lightly in a frying pan.

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt and Perfect Sød and season with salt and pepper.

Add the dressing to the broccoli and onions. Add cranberries, pumpkin seeds and ham in bite size.
