Application:
Psyllium Husks can, for example, be stirred up in a glass of water or sprinkled on top of yogurt. Psyllium Husks should always be ingested with 1-2 glasses of liquid.

Recommended daily dose for adults:
10 grams of Psyllium Husks (5 g morning and evening). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Should not be taken immediately before bedtime or at the same time as medication. Psyllium Husks should only be taken daily for extended periods (3-5 days) after consultation with a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet.
