Brownie with butterbeans

4 servings:


2 eggs
2 egg whites
40g EASIS Cocoa Drink
50g EASIS Skimmed-Milk Powder
40g EASIS Perfect Fit
240g butterbeans (drained)
A pinch of salt
¼ tsp baking powder
2 tsp freeze-dried raspberries

How to:

Put all the ingredients in a foodprocessor and mix it. Thereafter, put the dough in a baking tin or pan covered with baking paper. Bake at 170° for aprox. 20 min.

The warm cake can be sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberries. Cut the cake into squares when it has cooled off.
